At noon, present your voucher directly at Bar Facal, where you will be welcomed and seated at one of the tables to savor your delightful lunch.
Bar Facal is situated in a historic corner of Montevideo, surrounded by monuments that celebrate our history, along with entertaining shows that offer guests a genuine culinary and cultural experience.
Upon entering the venue, you will be treated to a street Tango performance (Monday to Saturday), and you can admire the fountain of locks and the statue of Carlos Gardel, a citywide attraction.
You are free to proceed with the second part of the experience whenever you wish.
The Andes Museum pays homage to Friday, October 13, 1972, when a Fairchild 227 aircraft carrying 45 individuals crashed in the Andes, leading to an extraordinary survival tale. This museum honors the perseverance of a group of Uruguayan youths, friends, and families in the face of adversity. Dedicated to the 45 souls on board, particularly the 29 who did not return, it also celebrates the courage of the 16 survivors who emerged after 72 harrowing days of hunger, pain, and hope amidst despair.
