In the early morning, you'll be picked up from your centrally located hotel in Montevideo to embark on a 177-kilometer journey.
Upon arriving in Colonia del Sacramento, we will explore the famed Street of Sighs, a place steeped in legends about its origins, offering stunning views of the Río de la Plata coast and its breathtaking sunset.
Next, we'll head to the Historic Center in Plaza de Armas, where the Church of the Blessed Sacrament, constructed in 1680, stands as a testament to the rich history and memories of Colonia.
Our tour will then lead us to the San Pedro Bastion, where the Uruguayan Flag proudly waves alongside the Polvorín and the Lighthouse. This is a must-see spot, as are the Spanish and Portuguese Museums and the Azulejo Museum (please note that entrance tickets are not included).
We will also explore the Rambla Costanera, the Real de San Carlos with its historic Bullring, the Church of San Benito, as well as the city's residential neighborhoods.

For a more comprehensive and truly unforgettable experience, on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, following the visit to Colonia del Sacramento, you have the option to explore another town: Nueva Helvecia, also known as Colonia Suiza. We will pass by the elegant Hotel Nirvana, featuring a Colonial façade surrounded by a park and gardens, and continue on to Plaza de los Fundadores and the charming Sanctuary of the Virgin of Schoenstatt.
